Dewberry, a privately held professional services firm, has hired Brian Hollinger, PE, as the manager of field engineering and construction services in the mid-Atlantic region. He is responsible for overseeing Dewberry's construction engineering professionals and inspection staff assigned to a wide range of projects, including highly complex transportation and infrastructure design-bid-build and design-build projects in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.

Hollinger has more than 22 years of construction and engineering experience related to concrete, civil, and heavy highway industries, both as an owner's representative and a contractor. His past experience includes owning and operating Stief Concrete Work, Inc. in New Holland, Pennsylvania, and most recently as chief construction engineer for Bechtel Infrastructure in Reston, Virginia.

Hollinger earned his bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Bucknell University. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the American Concrete Institute.
