Based in Parsippany, NJ, Charles Stebbins, CPG, CHMM, LSRP, recently earned his Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) certification from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection. This designation allows the professional to perform environmental remediation and investigation under the state's new Site Remediation Reform Act (SRRA).

Stebbins has 20 years of experience in the design and implementation of environmental studies conducted as part of capital improvement projects, including the Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project in Northern VA, the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail Transit System in Northern NJ, and the River Line in Southern NJ. He has significant experience with innovative approaches to investigate contamination in soil and groundwater, and management of regulated soil and groundwater during construction.

A Certified Professional Geologist and a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager, Stebbins holds a master's degree in construction management from Stevens Institute of Technology, Hoboken, NJ, and a bachelor's degree in geology from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey in New Brunswick.
