PSA-Dewberry Welcomes Expertise of Terry Martin

Professional services firm gains new principal in Monroe, Wisconsin, location
PSA-Dewberry, the architectural design affiliate of Dewberry, has named Terry Martin, AIA, principal in the firm’s Monroe, Wisconsin, location. In his new role, Martin will be responsible for developing projects within the University of Wisconsin system as well as researching opportunities in other market segments.
Martin has more than 15 years’ experience as an owner and partner of an architecture and design-build practice. His work has received local, state, and national recognition for outstanding land planning, facility master planning, and architectural and interior design.
As a part of a joint venture with PSA-Dewberry in 2003, Martin worked with the firm on the LEED Silver certified Aquascape headquarters project in Saint Charles, Illinois. The wedge-shaped building features a 30,000-square-foot corporate office space which uses organic shapes, colors, textures, and materials to highlight the relationship between people and the natural environment.
Martin earned a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Iowa State University. He is a registered architect and has affiliations with the American Institute of Architects in Wisconsin and Illinois.
