Dewberry’s Brookline District Courthouse Renovation project received a Division of Capital Asset Management (DCAM) Award for Excellence in Construction on April 17, 2008. The DCAM Awards for Excellence Program recognizes projects which achieve the highest professional standards.

Two PSA-Dewberry projects were selected to be published in the American Institute of Architects Academy of Architecture for Justice publication, Justice Facilities Review. The Frederick County Work Release Center in Frederick, Maryland, and the Western Area Regional Public Safety Facility in Glendale, Arizona, were selected by a national jury consisting of architects and practitioners in the justice community. This annual publication showcases the year’s outstanding state-of-the-art justice facility designs.

Gary Anderson, PhD, AIA, AICP, Dewberry’s national director of master planning, was recently inducted into the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) Academy of Fellows.
