Franklin, MA Dewberry provided programming, design documents, and construction administration services for Proma’s original 140,000-square-foot facility. When the company decided to purchase a second metalizer and construct a 15,000-square-foot addition to house it, Dewberry was again asked to be responsible for the planning and the engineering of the $7 million project. |

Dewberry performed the alternatives analysis and preliminary architectural/engineering design of the approved alternative for the Route 35 Victory Bridge over the Raritan River. As a design-build project, Dewberry's preliminary plans and specifications were used as the contract documents by the successful design-build contractor to prepare construction drawings.

Falls Church, VA In an effort to shorten the project schedule for its new fire station, the City of Falls Church selected Dewberry to serve as owner’s representative for the project. Along with developing the programming and performance specifications and contract documents, Dewberry added a development component to the design criteria at the city’s request. |
