Dewberry provides a full range of mechanical and electrical engineering services for new and existing facilities, including heating, cooling, ventilating, plumbing, and fire protection systems. These services are used to design systems for a variety of projects ranging from hotels and high-rise office structures, to computer rooms and complex industrial facilities, to highly specialized laboratory and medical spaces.
Our engineers have been called upon to address environmental safety issues and have been involved in building retrofit projects, performing building inspections, and preparing reports assessing current operating conditions and estimated replacement costs. Redesigning existing systems and designing new systems for building renovations, including facility management systems and preventive maintenance schedules, also have been an important part of our work.
