PSA-Dewberry Headquarters
401 Water Street
Peoria, Illinois
Our 173,000 SF renovation of an eight-story riverfront warehouse in downtown Peoria resulted in the creation of office space, retail on the lobby level, condominiums, a six-story parking deck for 350 cars, and extensive site improvements. Building renovation included window and roof replacement, the addition of 40 balconies, restoration of the existing package chute and water tower, creation of lobby and promenade spaces, and the installation of security, electrical and fire protection systems.

Peoria Civic Center Expansion and Renovation
Peoria, Illinois
In addition to providing architectural and engineering services for an open-ended contract with the Peoria Civic Center, PSA-Dewberry served as Architect-of-Record for a new $55-million expansion and revitalization to the overall facility. The expansion nearly doubled the exhibit hall to 100,000 square feet, provided a new 40,000-square-foot partitionable ballroom to serve meeting functions and large banquets. Revitalization areas included the addition of corporate suites and a club room in the arena, new kitchen facilities, new administration offices, box office, and a retail outlet. The program required a new ‘front door’ which was provided as part of the facilitiy’s grand hall; a central gathering space for those arriving at the civic center. New docks were also provided for more efficient load in and load out of events.

Greater Peoria Airport Terminal
Peoria, Illinois
PSA-Dewberry, associated with Reynolds, Smith & Hills, is designing this $52-million, 120,000-square-foot terminal with nine passenger boarding bridges, a new check-in hall, baggage claim area, and improvements to all support areas. Construction is scheduled for completion in 2010. PSA-Dewberry is providing architecture for the exterior building envelope, structural and civil engineering, and construction administration.

Koons VW Dealership
Marlow Heights, MD
PSA-Dewberry, serving on the Essex Construction design-build team, provided complete architectural and engineering design services for a 17,000 SF new VW dealership facility. The building is a prototype application of the VW Showroom and Maintenance facility, and includes a new car showroom, sales floor, salesperson areas, offices, customer lounge/waiting areas, parts and maintenance counters and conference rooms. |

This mixed-use commercial development encompasses a seven-story office building totaling approximately 108,000 SF as well as a 10-story brick residential tower, and a three-level underground parking garage, all organized on a 1.62-acre urban site. Service-oriented elements for the complex include the street-level space planned for retail and restaurants. |

Fidelity Investments
Merrimack, NH
PSA-Dewberry provided planning and design services to Fidelity Investments for the renovation of two newly acquired office buildings totaling 960,000 SF. Work for each of the buildings was accomplished in a multi-phase effort and within an extremely compressed design and construction schedule. |

Automated Warehouse, American Airlines Maintenance Base
Tulsa, OK
Our comprehensive A/E services for the high-tech design of this 186,000 SF industrial warehouse were both functional and aesthetic. The building's aluminum facade is the focal point and front door to the entire American Airlines Tulsa Maintenance Base. The facility is a two-level steel framed structure which serves as the primary parts receiving, storage and distribution center for the entire AA base.
