Third-Party Recruiter Information
Dewberry does work with recruiting agencies and we respect the importance of needing exclusivity when it comes to agency positions. We understand the amount of time and effort that goes into finding the right match. We’ve chosen to work with a select group of agencies who maintain close contact with our internal corporate recruiting staff. Our recruiters then orchestrate the contacts between hiring managers and agency representatives. The agencies with which we currently have agreements are very knowledgeable of our industry and are considered to be Dewberry strategic partners.
Due to the number of solicitations we receive from agencies, we perform an annual review of the firms on our preferred vendor list. All agency contracts are renewed annually and are valid for one year unless otherwise terminated. If your agency would like to be considered as a potential preferred vendor, please contact us and include your name, company, contact information, and a brief overview of your company’s relevant recruiting expertise. Please note that providing this information only identifies you as a potential vendor and does not qualify you as an approved vendor.
Dewberry’s Third-Party Recruiting Agency Policy
All vendors must have a Dewberry vendor agreement signed by the Dewberry corporate director of human resources in order to be placed on the preferred vendor list and to receive payment for your placement. The agreement must be dated no later than one year previous to the date of resume submission.
Dewberry will not pay a fee to an agency that does not have a signed Dewberry vendor agreement as specified above. Any resume submitted to any employee of Dewberry without having a Dewberry vendor agreement in place will be considered property of Dewberry. Dewberry will not be held liable to pay a placement fee.
Obtaining a signed vendor agreement from the corporate director of human resources is the only way you will be paid. Verbal commitments from any other member of the Dewberry staff will not be considered binding terms.
Dewberry will not pay a fee to a third-party agency that has not coordinated their recruiting activity with the appropriate member of the corporate recruiting team.
It is the responsibility of all third-party recruiting/supplemental staffing agencies to know this policy.
Once an agreement has been finalized with Dewberry, a member of our corporate recruiting staff will contact your agency representative directly and designate specific positions for your assistance. Your firm will then receive an email notification to start actively working in partnership with Dewberry on these assignments. Each agency will be given a user name and pass code to submit candidates directly to the Dewberry resume database.
