Q: How can I find open positions at Dewberry?

Q: Where do I send my resume?
A: Submit as part of your application for a job on the career opportunities page.

Q: Where does my resume go once I submit it?
A: Your resume is loaded into our applicant tracking system and becomes available to Dewberry groups across the country. Resumes are then evaluated and top candidates are contacted.

Q: How long will my resume be active and how long will you keep my resume?
A: Resumes submitted through the Dewberry website are maintained for a period of at least one year.

Q: Will I be contacted after I apply for a position?
A: After an initial screening of the resumes that have been submitted, candidates that are selected for further consideration will be contacted by Dewberry recruiting staff. Whenever possible, Dewberry notifies candidates when a position has been filled. Candidates may also check the status of their resume by logging into the career portal at https://careers-dewberry.icims.com/jobs/intro.

Q: How do I retrieve my login name or password if I am a returning user?
A: For returning candidates that have forgotten their login information please click on the Retrieve Password link in the career portal. The system will ask for your email address and dispatch an email with updated login information.

Q: Will Dewberry be visiting my college?
A: Check out our career fair schedule to learn more about our schedule.

Q: What kind of training would I receive?
A: Mainly on-the-job training. In many cases a more senior engineer or technical professional will mentor you in your work group. We also offer in-house training classes and you may take outside classes and workshops as well.

Q: Is it possible to transfer from one branch office to another?
A: Yes, it is possible for individuals to transfer from one branch to another, provided that there is a need and you possess the qualifications. We also require that you remain in your current position six months prior to transferring to another office.
